Registration for the Spring season, 2026 is now open. 

Teams are filled on a first come, first served basis and once a team is filled everyone is waitlisted until enough spots open up for another team to be made. If you have questions, please reach out.

Common questions

 If my child played in the spring do I have to register them again for the spring?
Yes, we have transitioned to a single season sign up.

What is the uniform?
u8 and up: Uniforms are now royal blue jerseys, black shorts, and black or blue socks. ($30)
u6: you will be provided with one of 6 colored shirts, and black or blue socks - included in registration 
Playground: Shirt included in registration

What do I need to supply my child with?
water bottle, cleats, shin guards. 

Can I make a special request?
Yes. However, we cannot promise each request. We do our best to accommodate all needs. 

Can I buy uniform pieces separately if needed?
Yes 
Jerseys: $20  Shorts: $15  Socks $5

What days and times are practices?
Each age group is different, and practice schedules are determined by coaches. The best way to have the most control over a schedule is to be the coach! Our coaches do their best to accommodate everyone. Typically practices for age groups 8U and up are 2 days a week.

When do games take place?
Games for 8U and up take place typically Saturdays anywhere from 8am to 5 pm sometimes. If you cannot make games or practices, please let the coach know ahead of time. 

I want to be involved with AYSO, what do I need to do?
AYSO requires out coaches and board members to be cleared by Sterling volunteers, concussion training, cardiac arrest training, safe Haven Safe sport training, and age specific coaching. 

I don't know anything about soccer, can I still volunteer?
YES! We provide all training necessary, most of which is online.
